Make the Cooler

Deseed the apples and remove the core. Take a cocktail shaker or a container with a lid. Add the apple juice, moringa powder, lemon juice, and honey. Shake well, so that the flavours infuse together.

Chill two tumblers and add ice. Pour the drink over the ice. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary and some apple slices to add elegance. If you want a diluted drink, top up the tumblers with soda.
