Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
¼ tsp
Grated Jaggery (Gur)
1 cup (150 g)
Nutella Seeds or Kalonji
1 tsp
Split Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp
Split Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
1 tbsp
Chilli Powder
2 tsp
Mustard Oil
2 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp

Description

Apply the salt and turmeric powder to the cut mango cubes. Coat the cubes properly, and keep aside for 15 minutes.
