Apply the salt and turmeric powder to the cut mango cubes. Coat the cubes properly, and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Serve Gor Keri in a small shallow dish or a bowl, in a ceramic or a glass bowl.
Serve mango pickle with small bowls of yoghurt, fresh cucumber, or sliced onions on the side. This balances the flavour and texture of the meal.
Garnish Gor Keri with fresh curry and cilantro leaves for added flavor and visual appeal.
