Button Mushrooms

Oil (Chili shallots garlic oil)

Shallots, chopped

Garlic Cloves, chopped

Red chili flakes

Bok Choy

Directions

Prepare Broth

Heat a large pan, and once the pan is hot, add the oil and the mushrooms. Mix well, till the mushrooms are brown on one side. Add water, salt, and soy sauce. Once the mushrooms leave color, remove them and continue to cook the broth for 30 seconds. 

 

Cook the Chili Oil

Add oil to a pan, and cook the onions and garlic on low flame. In a bowl, add the chili flakes and the sesame seeds. Once the oil turns golden brown, pour it over the chili flakes, and mix well. 

 

Prepare the Vegetables

Blum some water in a pan. Add the carrots, corn, and bok choy. Continue boiling till the vegetables are cooked. 

 

Assemble the Ramen

Take a bowl and add the boiled noodles. Place the boiled vegetables around the noodles. Pour the broth and chili oil over it. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
