Directions

Boil the Noodles

Heat water in a pot. Add salt and oil. Then add the noodles and boil till the noodles are cooked. 

 

Prepare the First Recipe

Heat some oil in a pan. Add garlic, bell peppers, carrots, and spring onion. Add the red chili sauce and mix well. Add the noodles and toss. In a separate pan, prepare an egg sunny side up. Garnish it on the noodles.

Prepare the Second Recipe

Add some red chili oil to a pan. Add the chopped garlic and chopped onion. Mix well. Add the boiled noodles, chili oil, soy sauce, and mix well. Garnish with spring onions. 

 

Prepare the Third Recipe

Take a pan and heat some oil. Add chopped onions, spring onions, and chopped garlic in it. Add the sliced carrots and bell peppers, and toss properly. Next, season with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and chili oil. Add the boiled noodles, and mix properly.
