Description - Step 1

Step 1: Cook the Dalia

Heat 1½ cups of water in a saucepan. Add dalia and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium heat for 8–10 minutes until soft and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and let it cool slightly.
