Step 1: Prepare the dough

·   Take a large mixing bowl and add in the wheat flour along with a teaspoon of ghee or oil.

·   Add water gradually and knead into soft dough.

·   Cover and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the stuffing

·   Take another bowl and mash the boiled potatoes in it.

·   Toss in cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, green chillies, and coriander leaves.

·   Mix these ingredients well and keep them aside.

Step 3: Roll and stuff

·   Make small balls out of the dough.

·   Take a dough ball, roll it slightly, and place the prepared stuffing in the centre.

·   Now, seal the edges and roll it gently again.

 

Description - Step 4

Step 4: Cook the paratha

·   Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on a medium flame.

·   Apply ghee on both sides and cook until it turns golden brown and crisp.

Step 5: Serve

·   Serve immediately when they are crisp on the outside and soft inside.

·   Serve alongside pickles, fresh curd, or any chutney as per your preference.
