Lachcha Paratha Basket Chaat is a creative and festive twist on traditional Indian street chaat. Crisp, flaky lachcha parathas are shaped into edible baskets and filled with spicy potatoes, chickpeas, chutneys, and cooling curd. The layered texture of the paratha adds a crunchy contrast to the tangy and creamy fillings, making this dish visually appealing and flavour-packed. The baskets are prepared using Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta, recognised as the leading packaged atta brand in India since its launch in 2002. Made from carefully selected whole wheat grains sourced directly from farmers, this atta is ground using modern chakki technology with 0% maida and 100% whole wheat. Produced through a four-stage process, it helps retain moisture in the dough, making it easier to create soft, pliable layers that fry into crisp, well-structured paratha baskets perfect for chaat presentations.
