1. Who can participate in the contests?
- All citizens of India residing within India can participate.
- Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- A valid government-approved photo ID (passport, voter ID, or driver’s license) may be required.
- Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Foodies Only and their immediate families cannot participate.
2. What is the Contest Period?
12th December 2025 to 12th Feb 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How do I participate?
- Follow the instructions on the specific contest page.
- You need to upload a photo or video, complete recipe in the description section, along with your name, email address and phone number
- The photo or video submitted should showcase Aashirvaad atta packet used in the recipe
- Only original content owned by you is allowed.
- Entries containing offensive, unsafe, obscene, or inappropriate material will be disqualified.
4. What are the prizes?
- Winners are selected based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the contest theme.
- Top 3 winners every week will get Amazon vouchers worth Rs . 3000
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. How are winners selected and informed?
- Winners are announced on Foodies Only’s website and/or official communication channels.
- Winners will be contacted via email or mobile number provided during entry.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, Foodies Only may choose another winner.
- All decisions made by the Company or jury are final and binding.
6. Who owns the rights to the content I submit?
By submitting, you grant Foodies Only a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual license to Use, Reproduce, Publish, Display, Adapt , Share your content (including name and likeness) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in digital, print, and offline channels, without additional compensation.
You also confirm that:
- The content is original and owned by you.
- It does not infringe on any third-party rights.
7. What if something goes wrong with my entry?
Foodies Only is not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed entries
- Technical issues
- Internet failures
- Corrupted or misdirected submissions
The Company is also not liable for:
- Damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or use of prizes.
Foodies Only may modify, suspend, or cancel a contest at any time without prior notice.
8. Which law applies to these contests?
All UGC contests are offered only in India.Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
