Sweet potatoes

Garlic cloves

Directions

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Using the chopsticks, slice the potato into very thin slices that are at least ¾ of the way through. The chopsticks will prevent the knife from slicing the potato all the way through.

Prepare the Dressing

Chop the garlic and rosemary, and mix with the olive oil.

Bake the Dish

Heat an oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Then, place a piece ofa parchment paper on the baking tray. Put the sliced sweet potatoes on this tray. Use a pastry brush and brush the garlic and rosemary oil all over the potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes on one side, then gently flip. Bake the other side for 10 more minutes, or till the potatoes are cooked through. The potatoes will have a golden brown colour. Serve hot!
