Description - Step 1

Prepare Cheesecake Batter

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and beat until well combined. Gradually add the heavy cream, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until smooth and creamy.

Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared cake pan. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the top is deeply golden brown and the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Add Toppings

Once the cheesecake is chilled and set, remove it from the refrigerator. Slice into wedges and place on serving plates.

Top each slice of cheesecake with fresh berries, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and dollop with whipped cream, or customize with your favorite toppings.
