A nutrient-dense snack, Biotin Bliss Ladoo promotes healthy hair, skin, and energy levels. These energy bites include a variety of seeds, nuts, and seeds, including flaxseeds, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and more. They are a natural source of biotin, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and plant-based protein. Biotin Ladoos are perfect for a healthy mid-morning snack, dessert after dinner, or even a pre-workout nibble; they're naturally sweetened with soft dates and have a subtle cardamom taste.
