Description - Step 1
Prep the Fruits
Peel and roughly chop the kiwis and a banana. Wash the blueberries and mint leaves. If using frozen blueberries, let them thaw for 5 minutes.

In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped kiwis, banana, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, and hemp seeds. Blend on high until completely smooth.
