Prepare Smoothie Base

In a blender, combine the frozen banana, mixed berries, spinach or kale, and almond milk or coconut water.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.

 

Assemble Smoothie Bowl

Top with sliced fresh fruits, granola or muesli, chia seeds, basil seeds, or flaxseeds, and coconut flakes or shaved almonds.
