For tiramisu cream:
1 cupWhipped cream
½ cupCream cheese
1 tbspInstant coffee (dissolved in 2 tbsp warm water)

For assembly:
as neededCocoa powder for dusting

Description - Step 1

Make the malpua batter

  • In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar and fennel seeds. 

  • Slowly whisk in the milk until the batter becomes smooth and slightly thick. 

  • Allow it to rest for 15 minutes so the semolina softens.
