When it comes to crunchy munchies, few things hit the spot like the classic potato chips. However, they can also hit the calorie counter, in case you’re keeping a check. But that does not mean your favourite snacks and you part ways. Put your trusted air fryer to use and whip up a batch of crispy, crunchy potato chips. Enjoy them with a cool yoghurt dip or just on their own.

Description - Step 1

Slice and soak the potatoes

Rinse and peel the potato. Now, with a vegetable slicer, thinly slice the potato. Add the sliced potatoes to a bowl of water and soak. After 15 minutes, pour out the water and cover again with fresh water. Soak for 15 more minutes and start prepping the air fryer.
