A beloved Rajasthani drink, Bajre Ki Raab is well known for its nourishing and immune-boosting qualities. An ideal winter health drink, this recipe calls for pearl millet flour that is lightly toasted in ghee and then boiled with buttermilk, water, and warming spices. Bajre Ki Raab is traditionally served to children, new mothers, and those who are feeling unwell.
Take a pan and heat some ghee. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds, then add the bajra flour and cook until fragrant, stirring occasionally.
