Directions

Prepare Tea Base

For each flavor, steep tea bags or tea powder in hot water according to package instructions. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

Prepare Tapioca Pearls

Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Once cooked, rinse them under cold water and set aside.

Make Bubble Tea

For each flavor, combine the prepared tea base, milk, sweetener, and cooked tapioca pearls in a glass or shaker. Stir or shake well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Serve

Pour the bubble tea into serving glasses filled with ice cubes. Optionally, top with whipped cream, fruit slices, or additional tapioca pearls for garnish. Insert a wide straw, and enjoy your homemade bubble tea!
