Add the ragi flour to ½ cup of water and mix well to ensure that there are no lumps. Take a separate pot and add 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Once the water has boiled, add the ragi slurry. Reduce the heat to low, and then cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir this continuously till it thickens, ideally using a whisk. Turn off the stove, remove the pan from heat, and let it cool completely.

Blend the Ingredients
Take a high-speed blender and add the cooked ragi mixture, roasted makhana, diced apples, dates, soaked almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, cardamom powder, and almond milk. Blend for a few seconds till the texture is smooth and creamy. Pour this into a glass and top it off with chopped nuts and roasted makhana. Serve immediately!
