10Saffron strands (soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk)
½ cupRose jelly
2 tbspHoney
½ tspCardamom powder
¼ tspVanilla essence (optional)
2 tbspChopped pistachios
1 tbspDried rose petals
optional Edible gold leaf

Step 1: Prepare Saffron Mousse

Combine Greek yoghurt, honey, cardamom powder, vanilla essence and saffron flavoured milk. Blend all ingredients together with a whisk and let them sit aside to cool for 10 minutes.
