Prepare the paratha tart base

In a bowl, mix Aashirvaad 100% MP Sharbati Atta with salt and a teaspoon of oil. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. After resting, roll it out into a thin, even rectangle or circle and place it into a tart tin or baking dish, lined with baking paper.
