Description - Step 1

Prepare Vanilla Pudding

Warm whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, without boiling. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold milk until smooth. Gradually whisk the slurry into the hot milk mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it becomes thick and glossy. Cover with plastic wrap touching the pudding surface and chill until firm.
