1–2 tspJaggery or honey (optional)
For the Poha Mix:
½ cupThin poha
1 tspGhee
½ tspCumin seeds
1Green chillies (finely chopped)
4–5Curry leaves
⅛ tspTurmeric
2 tbspRoasted peanuts
For the Peanut Butter Topping:
1–2 tbspPeanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1–2 tspWarm water (to loosen if needed)
Optional Add-ons:
1 tspChia seeds
4–5Banana slices
1 tbspFresh coriander (chopped)
½ tspLemon juice

Rinse & Dry the Poha

Lightly rinse thin poha under a sieve for a few seconds. Set aside to drain completely.
