½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tspgrated ginger
½ tspturmeric powder

1 cupGobindo Bhog rice (soaked 30 mins)

Crush the pineapple and cook it in a kadhai on a low flame for 10 minutes. Add sugar, salt, cashews, and raisins. Stir until sugar dissolves completely. Turn off the flame, mix in lemon juice, and let cool before serving.
