Need your morning fix of masala chai, but can’t be bothered or have time to fix breakfast, tea, and leave home on time? Masala chai overnight oats were meant for you. A spiced variation of overnight oats, this is a no-cook breakfast that only needs 5 minutes of prep. It takes the spices that make chai so flavourful and mixes them in with overnight oats. If you don’t want to add spices separately, you can also use a ready-made chai spice blend.

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the overnight oats

In a large bowl or tall container (like a wide-bottomed tumbler), mix in oats, chia seeds, and all the spices. If you don’t want to measure or add the spices individually, use a chai spice blend (1-2 tbsp). Next, add in the maple syrup and almond milk. Stir well, ensuring all dry ingredients are thoroughly submerged in the milk.
