Step 1: Prepare the overnight oats
In a large bowl or tall container (like a wide-bottomed tumbler), mix in oats, chia seeds, and all the spices. If you don’t want to measure or add the spices individually, use a chai spice blend (1-2 tbsp). Next, add in the maple syrup and almond milk. Stir well, ensuring all dry ingredients are thoroughly submerged in the milk.
