Prepare the Egg Mixture

Add eggs, salt, green chillies, onions, garlic, chopped coriander, milk, and the grated cheese to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Take a slice of the brioche bread, and dip it into the egg mixture. Take a non-stick pan and melt some butter. Place the soaked bread and cook until the bottom side becomes crispy and golden brown. Serve.
