¼ tsppepper powder

1 tspkasuri methi
2slit green chillies
½ cup hot water
2 tbsp fresh cream

Prepare the Kofta Mixture

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes. Once soft, squeeze out excess water and blend into a coarse paste. In a bowl, combine mashed potato, ginger-chilli paste, dry spices, desiccated coconut, sugar, cornflour, and salt. Mix in the blended soya and combine well.
