The pinwheels are filled with spicy potato-paneer and have a crunchy outside with a soft inside. Description - Step 1
Step 1: Make a Dough
Take a bowl and start kneading the dough with whole wheat flour, gradually adding some water. To keep the dough soft, let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the filling
Make a smooth and evenly blended filling by mixing cooked potatoes, paneer, onion, green chilli, coriander, and spices. Add salt as per taste.

Step 3: Roll and stuff
Roll the dough and make a narrow rectangle out of it. Evenly distribute the filling on each one, then firmly wrap it up, much like a Swiss roll. Give it 10 minutes in the fridge to set.

Step 4: Cool & Serve
Cut the dough into 1-inch pinwheels. Meanwhile, heat a tawa with a little oil or ghee and fry the pinwheels until they are crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
