½ cupSweet corn kernels (boiled)
1Potato, medium
½ Onion (finely chopped)
1 tspGinger-garlic paste
2 tbspBesan (Chickpea flour)
1-2Green chillies (chopped, optional)
2 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)
½ tspGaram masala
½ tspRed chilli powder
½ tspPepper
to tasteSalt
as requiredOil
For the sliders
6Whole wheat mini buns
6 small piecesLettuce leaves
6Tomato slices
6Onion rings
3 tbspMint-yoghurt dip
3Cheese Slice, optional; halved

Description - Step 1

Prep the rajma & corn mixture

In a blender, add the rajma, sweet corn kernels, onions, green chillies (optional), ginger-garlic paste, and coriander. Blend it all together without any water until you achieve a thick paste. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and put them aside for now.
