2 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)

½ tspRed chilli powder

6Whole wheat mini buns
6 small piecesLettuce leaves
6Tomato slices
6Onion rings
3 tbspMint-yoghurt dip

Description - Step 1
Prep the rajma & corn mixture
In a blender, add the rajma, sweet corn kernels, onions, green chillies (optional), ginger-garlic paste, and coriander. Blend it all together without any water until you achieve a thick paste. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and put them aside for now.

Combine with dry spices
Transfer the blended mixture to a spacious mixing bowl, and then mix in the mashed potato, chickpea flour, garam masala, red chilli powder, pepper, and salt. Mix everything until it's nicely blended.

Shape the tikkis
Take out equal portions, about 2 tablespoons each, of the mixture. Roll each portion into a smooth ball, and then gently flatten it into a round patty that will fit your slider buns.

Air-fry the tikkis
Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 4 minutes. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and spray or brush with oil. Air-fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the patties midway for even browning.

Assemble the sliders
Toast the buns lightly to make them warm. Then, spread mint-yoghurt dip on each side. Layer in the lettuce, rajma-corn tikki, a slice of tomato, an onion ring, and cheese if you like.
