Millet Veggie Burgers is a complete and wholesome meal, made with millets and vibrant vegetables.

1 cupSoaked and cooked barley millet
1Grated carrot
1Grated yellow zucchini
2Chopped onion, medium
4-5 cloves Chopped garlic
4 tbspChopped coriander
3Chopped green chillies
2 tspMixed herbs
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 cup Millet flour or as required for binding
Oil to shallow fry
8Burger buns
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
8Lettuce leaves
8Cheese slices
8Onion rings
Toothpicks- to secure the burgers

Description - Step 1

Prepare the Patty Mixture

In a bowl, combine the cooked barley, grated carrot, zucchini, onion, garlic, coriander, green chili, mixed herbs, salt, and red chili powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the ingredients are well combined. Next, add millet flour to the barley veggie mixture to help the patties bind perfectly. Use your hands to mix the flour with the veggies and barley until the mixture comes together into a dough-like consistency.
