1 bulb Black Garlic
1½ tbspChili Powder
1½ tbspVegan Oyster Sauce
a drizzle of Dark Soy Sauce for color
1½ tbspOil
1 tbsp Chopped scallion

Description - Step 1

Prepare the Chilli Garlic Paste

Put the garlic cloves in a large bowl and add a drizzle of oil or water. Mash the garlic with a fork till it becomes a fine paste. Add the chilli flakes and soy sauce, and mix well.
