Experience the combination of black garlic and red chillies in this Black Garlic Chilli Oil Noodle dish.

Noodles of choice (fresh ramen used)
2 servings
Black Garlic
1 bulb
Chili Powder
1½ tbsp
Vegan Oyster Sauce
1½ tbsp
a drizzle of Dark Soy Sauce for color
Oil
1½ tbsp
Chopped scallion
1 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the Chilli Garlic Paste

Put the garlic cloves in a large bowl and add a drizzle of oil or water. Mash the garlic with a fork till it becomes a fine paste. Add the chilli flakes and soy sauce, and mix well.

Make Chilli Garlic Oil

In a small saucepan, heat oil till it is about 110•C. Pour the hot oil over the chilli garlic mix, and stir quickly.

Add the Noodles

Add the boiled noodles to the garlic mix and toss properly. Add the vegan oyster sauce. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
