1 tspOil
15-20Button Mushrooms
1 tspSoy sauce
1/3 cup Oil (Chili shallots garlic oil)
5-6Shallots, chopped
4-5Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 tbspRed chili flakes
2 tbspSesame seeds
7-8 leaves Bok Choy
1/2 Carrot (julienned)
1/4th cup Corn
100 gNoodles
Salt (to taste) (Seasoning)
Black Pepper
Spring Onions

Description - Step 1

Prepare Broth

Heat a large pan, and once the pan is hot, add the oil and the mushrooms. Mix well, till the mushrooms are brown on one side. Add water, salt, and soy sauce. Once the mushrooms leave color, remove them and continue to cook the broth for 30 seconds.
