1 mediumOnion (cubed and layers separated)

Prep the veggies
Chop the onion into cubes and separate the layers.
De-seed the tomato and bell pepper. Cut them into cubes as well.
Grate the cheese and set it aside for later.

Prep the bread
Grease your pan or griddle with some butter.
Toast one side of the bread lightly until it’s just right.

Add the Sauce and toppings
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top or as much as you like.
Next, add some sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
