1 tbsp Gram flour
1 tbspHot mustard oil
1Broccoli floret (Sandwich 2 - Veg. Broccoli Sandwich )
2Sliced carrot
1Sliced capsicum
1Sliced tomato
1 cupCream cheese
Oregano and chili flakes
Whole wheat bread
2 cup Boiled/frozen corn kernels(Sandwich 3- Cheese Corn Sandwich)
2Small chopped onions
1Finely chopped capsicum
1 tbspOregano
1 tbspChili flakes
2-3 tbspMayonnaise
Cheese slices
Whole wheat bread
6-7Boiled potatoes (Sandwich 4- Spicy Aloo Sandwich )

Description - Step 1

Grilled Paneer Sandwich

First, we're going to mix up some curd, gram flour, lemon juice, and our spices in a bowl. Then, we'll add in a bit of hot mustard oil for that extra kick.
Once that's done, we'll let our paneer marinate in this flavorful mixture and toast it up until it's beautifully golden.
Now, onto assembling our sandwich: layer some bread with chutney, paneer, juicy tomatoes, and of course, cheese. Top it off with another slice of bread, and then it's grill or toast time - just 2 minutes, and voilà!
