Directions

Grilled Paneer Sandwich

First, we're going to mix up some curd, gram flour, lemon juice, and our spices in a bowl. Then, we'll add in a bit of hot mustard oil for that extra kick.
Once that's done, we'll let our paneer marinate in this flavorful mixture and toast it up until it's beautifully golden.
Now, onto assembling our sandwich: layer some bread with chutney, paneer, juicy tomatoes, and of course, cheese. Top it off with another slice of bread, and then it's grill or toast time - just 2 minutes, and voilà!

Veg. Broccoli Sandwich

Let's get started by brushing our pan with some olive oil. We'll sauté the broccoli until it's got that lovely golden color. Then, we'll repeat the process with the carrot, capsicum, and tomatoes - just enough to get them nice and tender, but not overcooked. Now, onto assembling our sandwich: spread a generous layer of cream cheese onto the bread, then pile on the sautéed broccoli and veggies. Sprinkle on some salt, oregano, and chili flakes for that extra flavor kick. Top it off with another slice of bread, and then it's time to grill or toast it up - just 2 minutes and our veg broccoli sandwich is ready to be served!

Cheese Corn Sandwich

Let's start by grabbing a bowl and tossing in our corn kernels, chopped capsicum, onions, oregano, chili flakes, a pinch of salt, some creamy mayo, and a generous handful of mozzarella cheese. Mix it all up until it's nicely combined. Now, take your bread slices and load them up with this delicious mixture, making sure to add an extra layer of cheese on top. Spicy Aloo Sandwich
