50 gms Whipped cream

Prepare the Bread

Use a cookie cutter to cut the bread slices into small rounders. Slice the apples in a circular shape.

Grill the Bread

Heat butter on a grilling pan. Add the bread slices and flip when you see grill marks. Repeat the process with the apples.

Prepare the Apple Mix

Add whipping cream to a mixing bowl and whip till you get soft peaks. Fold the softened and cooled apple pieces into this cream.

Assemble the Sandwich

Take a serving platter and place the bread slices. Add the apple slices on top. Top it off with a spoonful of whipped cream and apple mixture. Garnish with toasted and sliced almonds and maple syrup (optional). Serve immediately.
