Begin by combining Aashirvaad Select 100% MP Sharbati Atta and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water until you have a soft, flexible dough. Once the dough is ready, drizzle a little oil into it. Knead the dough again briefly, cover it, and set it aside for about 10 minutes so that it can relax.

Step 2: Prepare the cream cheese filling
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, jalapenos, green chile (if using), garlic, pepper, chilli flakes, salt, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated, smooth, and thick enough to spread easily.

Make equal-sized balls of dough and flatten one of the balls into a circle about 6 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the circle. Fold the edges over the filling to seal it in, then gently roll the filled ball into a slightly thicker paratha. If needed, dust with flour during rolling.
