Prepare Dough
In a bowl, mix together the Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta, water, and oil. To get a soft dough, slowly add water while kneading. Cover it and let it rest.

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a bowl, mix together garlic, coriander, chilled chilli flakes, and salt with melted butter. Combine thoroughly.

Roll and Shape Pinwheels
Flatten out the dough into a thin rectangle. Make a uniform layer of garlic butter on top. Shape the rectangle into a log by firmly rolling it and cut into 1-inch pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels in a greased baking dish. Pan-fry in a pan over low heat until crisp, or bake at 180°C until brown.
