Use a rectangular white platter to highlight the tricolour. Arrange the hara bhara kebabs on the left (green), malai kebabs in the middle (white), and paneer tikka on the right (orange). Arrange it in three separate sections, representing the colours of the Indian flag.

Add a small bowl of mint-coriander chutney, raita and sweet mango chutney for a patriotic look.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander, lemon wedges, and onion rings. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and crushed kasuri methi for extra flavour. Add edible flowers or micro-greens for visual flair.
