Prepare the Garlic butter, yeast,dough
- Add 150 ml lukewarm water to a bowl and add 10 g sugar. Add 15 g instant dry yeast and mix well. Keep aside to activate the yeast.
- Take a jar and add spices like dry basil powder, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Mix well.
- Add 300 gm all- purpose flour, salt, and the activated yeast to a bowl. Knead the dough well. Dust the surface, and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
- Keep the kneaded dough in a dry and warm place for fermentation. This will take about 40 minutes.

Add the 30 g of melted butter in a bowl. Add 3-4 tbsp of chopped garlic and mix well.

Prepare the Dough
Knead the dough for 2 minutes, then cut and divide into 4 equal parts. Leave the dough for proofing for 12 to 15 minutes.

- Grease the baking tray with butter. Sprinkle the garlic mix on the baking tray.
- Roll the dough to 10 inches. Apply garlic butter on half the side and sprinkle the garlic mix. Add some cheese.
- Fold the other half of the dough and make some vertical cuts on top of the garlic bread.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Bake the garlic bread for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
