Marinate Chicken & Soya Chaap
Throw soya chaap and chicken into the marinade and coat well. Put it in the fridge for at least half an hour. For a richer taste, you can preferably keep the marinade overnight.

Skewer & Grill
Make skewers by threading chicken and soya chaap in alternating patterns. In a hot oven or on a barbecue, baste with butter or ghee until browned and charred. Remember to soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour beforehand so as not to burn your chicken.
