Prepare the Dough

Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt in a bowl. Gradually pour warm water and knead until the dough turns soft yet firm. Coat lightly with oil and cover with a damp cloth. Rest for about 15–20 minutes while you prepare the filling. This resting time improves flexibility while rolling.
