¾ cupTapioca Flour (65 G) - Plus More for Dusting
Brown Sugar Syrup
1 cupBrown Sugar (220 G)
1 cupWater (240 Ml)
Black Tea
2 cupsWater (480 Ml)
6Black Tea Bags
Milk Mixture
3 tbsp Low-fat Milk
3 tbspSweetened Condensed Milk
Assembly

Description - Step 1

Make the Boba Pearls

Take a pan and add the water and brown sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves and reduces. Now, Add the tapioca flour and mix till the mixture is smooth. Once it is in dough form, let the mixture cool. Knead the dough on a clean surface and roll into long and thin noodles. Now, cut this in ¼ inch pieces and boil in water. Rinse the pearls under cold water.
