Indulge in delightful and decadent Vegan Cherry and Almond Brownies, an eggless and dessert.

Vegan margarine
80 gm
Ground flaxseed
2 tbsp
Dark chocolate
120 gm
Coffee granules
½ tsp
Ground almond
70 gm
Self raising flour
125 g
Baking powder
¼ tsp
Cocoa powder
50 gm
Almond extract
1/2 tbsp
Water
Glace cherry
70 g
Vanilla essence
1/2 tap
Salt
1/4 tsp

Directions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flax seeds  and 6 tablespoons of water, and set aside.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Take a bowl and add the flour, almonds, baking powder, cocoa, and salt. Stir so that there are no lumps.

Mix the Wet Ingredients

Take a bowl and add the chocolate, margarine, coffee, vanilla extract, and 60 ml of water. You can either microwave this for 30 seconds or melt over a double boiler. Allow to cool completely. Then, use a hand whisk and mix sugar into the above chocolate mixture, till the sugar completely dissolves.

Combine Everything and Cut the Brownie

Take the chocolate mixture, and add the flour, flax seed mixture, and cherries. Mix properly. Take a baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Spoon the brownie mix on the parchment paper, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Bake in the middle rack, till the skewer or toothpick comes out clean.

Once the brownies are baked, let it cool completely. Cut the brownies into squares. Serve warm with ice cream, or just as is.
