Dumplings are known by various names such as dim sum or momo. This dish originally hails from China, where it has been a staple for ages. Today, they’ve become a beloved comfort food across Asia. These delightful little bundles are packed with seasoned chicken, wrapped in a delicate dough, and steamed to perfection, making them tender and juicy. They’re light, comforting, and perfect for an evening snack.
