Description - Step 1

Step 1: Cook the rice

Drain the soaked brown rice and place it in a deep non-stick pan. Add milk and stir well. Cook on medium flame until the rice softens slightly. This forms the base for the creamy texture. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
