Description - Step 1

Make the Tortilla Dough

Take a large mixing bowl and add the masa harina and salt. Whisk well, and then add 1 ½ cups of hot water. Mix well to make a dough. Now, knead the dough for 2-3 minutes till it is springy and firm.
