Description - Step 1
Prepare roti dough
In a bowl, combine the Multigrain Atta with oil and salt. Knead a soft dough by slowly adding water. Give the dough ten minutes to relax.

Roll and cook rotis
Shape the dough into little balls. Roll each into a medium-thick disc. Toss gently on a tawa and cook until firm but not browned. For a perfect pizza foundation, make sure the rotis are soft and not very crisp.

Assemble pizzas
Dollop pizza sauce onto every roti. Add the sweet corn, chopped onion, tomato and capsicum. Top with a good amount of grated mozzarella cheese.

Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Another alternative is to place the tawa over a low flame and cook the pizzas, covered, until the cheese melts and the bottom becomes crunchy.
