Description - Step 1

Step 1: Make Sattu Batter

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sattu, salt, lemon juice, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. 

  • Slowly add water, stirring continuously, until you get a thick but flowing batter. Set aside.
