Cook The Meat And Dal

In a deep pan, combine minced meat, chana dal, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and salt. Add about 1 cup of water and cook until the meat and dal become tender and most of the moisture evaporates.

Grind The Mixture

Allow the cooked mixture to cool slightly. Transfer it to a mixer and grind into a thick paste without adding water.

Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl and mix in garam masala, chopped mint, chopped coriander, and the egg. Combine well to form a smooth kabab mixture.
