1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
1 tablespoonGarlic powder
140 gramsSpinach leaves
1 cupSweet corn (fresh or frozen)
For white sauce:
1 tablespoonButter (salted)
1 tablespoonAll-purpose flour (maida)
¾ cupWhole milk (warm)
¼ teaspoonSalt
¼ teaspoonBlack pepper powder
For sandwich:
as neededBread slices
as neededButter (for toasting)

Description - Step 1

Prepare spinach corn mix

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and salt. Sauté on medium heat for 4–5 minutes until onions turn light golden. Add red chilli powder and garlic powder, sauté for 1–2 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Mix in the corn, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let it cool.
