It’s a perfect fix for breakfast, for a snack, or as an appetiser. The secret lies in the marinade used to coat the chicken before roasting it in tandoor, and eventually, adding it to the sandwich bread.

1 tspTandoori chicken masala
1 tspKasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

For grilling the chicken:

For mayonnaise spread:
½ cupMayonnaise
¼ cupTomato sauce
For assembling the sandwich:
2 tspButter
6 slicesSandwich bread
as neededGreen chutney (optional)

Mix all the marinade ingredients and add the chicken to it. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
